My heels never touch the floor in downward dog and my back rounds. What should I work on?
Two years of practice and still the same shape: rounded back, heels far off the mat. Is it my hamstrings, my calves, or my technique?

Bend your knees generously and let the heels lift: a long spine matters far more than heels on the floor. Calves and hamstrings will open over time; keep the length first.
Try pedalling the feet for a few breaths, then hold with knees bent and belly toward the thighs. Many people never reach the floor with their heels, and that is completely fine.
